My name is Nanxi.
I’m a user experience strategist and designer based out of NYC.

I’m currently at IBM Consulting building complex into intuitive user experiences for financial service clients who are making moves at the forefront of their industry. I believe in creating need-based experiences — rather than the latest design trends.

Outside of my day job I spend my time leading a team at Send Chinatown Love, helping AAPI small business owners across New York City impacted by COVID-19 to provide relief through additional sources of revenue and tailored business development support.
